The OSKA study in the sector of healthcare was completed in the spring of 2017.
The prognosis focuses on the holistic view of the healthcare. The need for labour force was analysed by professions related directly to the provision of all healthcare services and to health promotion. The number of doctors-nurses as well as other professions like psychologists, radiology technicians, physiotherapists, etc. was under the survey. In the preparation of the prognosis, the need for labour force was analysed by the sub-sectors like family medicine, emergency medicine, dental care, psychiatric care and rehabilitation, pharmacy services etc. The combined evaluation of the need for labour force was developed based on the results of the analysis of the sub-sectors.
