Financial Sector
The study analyses the labour force and skills anticipation of the businesses in the field of banking, insurance, and the rest of financial sector. Approximately 12,000 employees are in the focus of this study, which is about 2% out of all the employed people in Estonia. Most of them work in the occupations of customer service and consultation. Occupations related to IT and business development are on the rise.
The result of the study is an overview of what occupations and skills are most needed in the future. The analysis is based on the assessments of the trends affecting the field, the economic situation, and the labour force demand and training offer comparison. The study was completed in the second half of 2020.
