OSKA study of labour force and skills anticipation in the field of wholesale and retail trade, renting and repair was completed in the beginning of 2019.
Labour force and skills anticipation study includes different types of activities – retail and wholesale business, renting and operational leasing. The companies of the field employ nearly 73,000 people, the largest employment rate is in retail business (approx. 71% of the total employment). Main occupations significant for the development of companies and added value are covered, and the aggregate assessment of labour force need is formed based on the analysis of sub-fields. Professional associations active in the field are involved in conducting the study.
